  • Peer Support is an important component of the Behavioral Health Access Program (BHAP). Peer Support Team members provide a safe space for colleagues who may be experiencing stressors such as divorce, grief, health, work, family/home life concerns. Peer Support are not counselors but act as a bridge to help connect employees to resources while maintaining confidentiality for those that seek their assistance. The Peer Support Team plays an active role in keeping fellow employees safe, healthy, and productive.
