Workout Rooms
The Workout Rooms offer a calm, supportive space designed to promote employee well-being. Through wellness activities and educational resources, we encourage mindfulness, stress reduction, and a healthier balance of physical, mental, and emotional health. Together, we support a culture of wellness, growth, and empowerment.

Register and Book your session
- Complete the safety waiver: Download the waiver by clicking here. Complete the form digitally and sign electronically.
- Complete the online registration form here and attach the safety waiver (completed in step 1)
- Once your registration is complete, you will receive a notification confirming that you have access to your room. You will then be able to book a session by clicking here.
Things to note:
- The room will be available for 15 minutes sessions, only two people are allowed per 15-minute session.
- By scheduling a slot you are acknowledging completion of the safety wavier, receipt of the rules and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).

Housekeeping Rules
We love our Workout Rooms and want everyone to enjoy them safely and comfortably. Please follow these simple guidelines to keep the space clean and running smoothly—happy workouts!

Wipe down all equipment, mats, and surfaces after use

Return equipment and cleaning supplies to designated areas

Remove personal items when finished; keep walkways clear

Water only (closed containers); no food allowed

Use a clean towel and wear appropriate athletic attire

Do not drop weights or equipment

Keep bottles, towels, and bags away from equipment during use

Use deodorizer if needed (provided)

Report damaged equipment or cleanliness concerns to Risk Management
