  • Caring Therapists of Broward: Caring Therapists was started in 2015 by our owner,Amanda Landry, LMHC, CAP, NCC. Amanda wanted to provide a space for other therapists to be a part of something meaningful.   • Stomping Out The Stigma is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides free counseling services to First Responders whose mental health has been compromised. Our therapists are culturally competent and can help with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions, burnout, and more. Our services are 100% confidential and we do not furnish invoices with names, report back to any departments, or share any information with insurance companies. SOTS does not provide a diagnosis. IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment & Recovery: The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is an addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members.

Inpatient Treatment Florida House Experience (FHEHealth): The program employs evidence-based therapies, innovative medical care, and a comprehensive wellness program, which focuses on symptoms of PTSD, in order to guide our First Responders on the right path to achieving their lifelong recovery from drugs and alcohol. This program is designed to help First Responders overcome specific obstacles and increase their ability to manage their emotions during stressful situations, without turning to self-medication. have faced or overcome similar challenges.
